Anyways, onto my trip to Nandi Hills. I got there first class thanks to some drinks at the bar and of course when I awoke in the morning I was greeted by the back seat of the car coupled with a backseat companion, a guitar. Its been so long since i've actually played a guitar that it took me a few minutes to actually orient my hands to what they used to be good at. The place, Nandi Hills, really doesnt have too much to offer for the sightseer, there is Tipu point but even that has a charm that can only last for a few minutes, maybe an hour at the most depending on what you go there to comprehend. However, the highlight of the day came in the form of an unexpected visitor with a tail, a monkey. Its amazing how many monkeys there are on that hill and how unafraid they are of human presence.
The rest of the day revolved around recuperating from the hangover as well as making up some music. I now have a new song, kinda like an x'mas jingle, that sounds like it came out of Curious George movie.
At the end of the day I feel that the trip was worth it just to get out of Bengalooru (how will people ever cope with this) and to see a place other than the smog laden city that used to be nice.
